Spring Intensive

 May 18 and 19 at CounterPulse in San Francisco

Spring is here, the fog is returning, and it’s time to do so much yoga in a single weekend.

I’m offering a weekend intensive on May 18 and 19th in San Francisco. Each session will have a specific focus of a goal pose, and the weekend as a whole is meant to be a comprehensive and satisfyingly vigorous practice. Expect to be challenged.

Saturday, May 18
10:00am-1:00pm: Kapinjalasana– standing poses, backbends, shoulders, side body strength

3:30-5:00pm: Marichyasana III– twists, shoulders
5:00-6:30pm: restorative

Sunday, May 19
10:00am-1:00pm: Anatasana–inner thighs, hamstrings, core, balance, butt

3:30-5:00pm: Upavistha konasana– hamstrings, core, back, side body opening
5:00-6:30pm: restorative

$200 whole weekend
$60 drop-in sessions

Sessions held at CounterPulse: 80 Turk St. San Francisco, CA 94102
Props provided but you will need your own mat.
