I’m pleased to announce my first-ever mini-intensive in the Bay area! In five sessions over three days, we’ll work our way through a comprehensive yoga practice to challenge your body and mind. We’ll focus on movements of the intrinsic musculature of the torso, especially deep core muscles and spinal extensors.
In your afternoon breaks and after we close in the evening, there will be opportunities to explore downtown Oakland’s many excellent offerings, either on your own or with the group. For those of you based in San Francisco, I’d encourage you to think of it as a mini stay-at-home retreat!
